Seaco Groep operates an automated logistics system, in which our stock products are collected through fully automated storage systems and registered pallet locations. All products entering our premises are tested, where possible, for hardness and material composition through our extensive entry checks. The products are then entered into our stock.
Outbound control is handled by our product specialists, who are responsible for stock and shipping. In our quality system, we apply the four-eye principle: what someone imports or exports is checked by another person. This way, we guarantee that what you order is actually in the shipment.
Besides our large stock, our strength lies in our fully automated logistics system. We have invested heavily in this in order to handle your orders efficiently and without errors. Speed and availability are the key parameters here. This applies to a wide range of seals, such as aramid, (modified) PTFE, graphite, spiral wound, RTJ, comb profile and so on. We supply all these seals quickly and efficiently.
Besides the usual checks on quantity, dimensions, product and material specifications, Seaco group carries out additional product tests internally.
Our fully integrated ERP system, Navision Dynamics, ensures that all required information is processed efficiently, accurately and quickly. We provide integration capabilities for external ERP systems.Our system provides real-time stock information and full ‘bespoke’ quotation support. Customers are able to create their own quotation directly in our online webshop.
In the continuous pursuit of quality improvement within the organisation, Seaco group has implemented the ISO 9001 procedures and given this a permanent place in our quality plan.
All employees within Seaco group are trained and/or retrained according to the latest developments in our industry and IT. In addition to these required training courses, Seaco group encourages all employees to keep developing.
