F70A

F70A is a fluorosilicone rubber (a modified silicone rubber) having methyl, vinyl and fluorine substituent groups on the polymer chain.

F70A provides excellent resistance to ozone, oxygen, weathering, petroleum oils and hydrocarbon fuels. Seals made from F70A are commonly used in aircraft fuel systems. F70A also offers a very wide service temperature range with both excellent heat resistance and low temperature flexibility.

F70A meets material properties of Aerospace Specification Mil-R-25988C, Class 1, Grade 70.

Available in any sized O-ring (fully moulded up to 2m/6.5ft internal diameter) and custom designed components.
