Our PVC shields are constructed from two layers of durable polyvinyl chloride laminate and feature a built-in litmus leak indicator visible through a clear window — allowing for immediate detection of acid or base leaks.
Installation is quick and secure thanks to the Velcro closure and 100% PVC braided drawstring, which tightens the shield firmly over the flange bolts and against the pipe wall. This eliminates lateral spray and ensures that any leak is safely released downward, preventing pressure build-up inside the shield.
