isolation that prevents the transmission of structural borne
vibrations from one element of a system to another.
The performance of an isolation system can be almost
zero if precautions are not taken to isolate all vibration
transmissions. Fastenings for machinery or connecting
parts of a structure can cause issues if not managed
correctly
